Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. If you change your mind, please email to us within 12 hours, and tell us your request.
Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed, while some may take up to 4-5 business days if we catch the holiday.
We work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible. If the items is out of stock, In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Note: Your products might be sent out separately if you ordered several items together and the products currently in stock may be stored in different warehouses.
Note: If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Yeefineshop usually use UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Canada Post to shipping your order. Carrier cannot be chosen at the moment.

Delivery time = Shipping time + Processing time
The estimated delivery time in remote areas will be longer, and the specific estimated delivery time will vary according to different regions.
Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders shipped to the US will be shipped via UPS or USPS Regular Service only.
Important:
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees that may be charged by Customs for any international deliveries. (Basically, this will not happen, our shipping cost already includes taxes. )
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as failing to provide a complete and correct shipping address or not being present at the address to sign and receive the package.
Here at YeefineShop, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
